The CDA Region XI conducts KAPIHAN SA CDA XI to serve as venue for information dissemination therefore, bridging the sustainability of closer solidarity between the agency and the coop sector amidst the pandemic.

The featured topic of the Kapihan is very timely since cooperatives are now preparing for the submission of their annual mandatory reports which will be due on April 30, 2021. This activity is slated to cover all provinces in Region XI.

This was held last February 22, 2021 for the cooperatives in the provinces of Davao del Sur and Davao Occidental. The team was headed by Ms. Doreen R. Catayoc, Sr. CDS and Supervisor for Davao del Sur and Occidental field CDS IIs namely, Fe P. Laud, Alice S Corro and Paul Ryan R. Simbajon.

It was, then, highlighted by the opening message of the CDA XI Regional Director, Elma R. Oguis, who gave the rationale why it is called Kapihan sa CDA XI. The webinar was attended by 80 participants to include the support of the PCDC/MCDC Officers and representatives of different cooperatives in the two provinces. In closing, Supervising CDS Antonio C. Escobar gave his message before the webinar ended.
