USEP Law Student Practitioners Extend Legal Aid at CDA
Davao City – Law Student Practitioners from the University of Southeastern Philippines (USEP) School of Law rendered legal assistance to indigent clients during their exposure at the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Legal Unit on August 14, 2025.
The student practitioners, namely Arbone Jojie, Basay Sharlene, Bentayan Colt Stephen Ian, Gamba Chariz, and Tumbokon Marah Fey, were accompanied by their Supervising Lawyer, Atty. Maria Zola Estela I. Geyrozaga. They were guided under the mentorship of CDA Legal Officer Atty. Earl Larroder in handling cooperative-related legal concerns together with CDS II Jambalaya Maceda.
The activity formed part of the students’ practicum program, strengthening their skills in legal aid while upholding the CDA’s mandate of assisting cooperatives and their members, particularly those in need of free legal support.
