The Cooperative Development Authority – Region XIII successfully conducted its 2025 Year-End Staff Meeting, Assessment, 2026 Planning, Team Building, and PAG-ABOT & PNPKI Orientation last December 2–4, 2025 in Butuan City. All CDA personnel participated in the three-day activity,

Day 1 highlighted the presentation of accomplishments per section and unit, along with discussions on personnel targets and area assignments for 2026. The PAG-ABOT Orientation also allowed participants to assess accomplishments, identify gaps, and formulate an Action Plan for next year’s implementation.

On Day 2, joined by representatives from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) who served as resource speakers for the PNPKI sessions. DICT facilitated a comprehensive PNPKI Orientation, emphasizing the importance of digital certificates, secure electronic signatures, and cybersecurity practices. Participants also engaged in a hands-on installation of their digital certificates, followed by an open forum to address concerns on certificate renewal, revocation, and system compatibility.

The final day focused on team-building activities aimed at strengthening communication, unity, and collaboration. Staff also participated in reflection exercises. The event concluded with a Recognition and Awarding Ceremony, followed by closing remarks from the Regional Director, who highlighted the importance of teamwork and accountability in achieving the agency’s goals for 2026.

The three-day activity successfully enhanced CDA–Caraga’s digital readiness, strengthened organizational coordination, and inspired personnel as they prepare for another year of dedicated service.
