The Credit Surety Fund (CSF) Agusan del Norte successfully conducted its Members Expansion Orientation on November 26, 2025, at the Conference Room of the Provincial Assessor’s Office, attended by 15 cooperatives from across the province. The activity began with an audio-visual presentation, followed by the acknowledgment of participants. Afterward, Mr. Joslito O. Hallazgo, CPA, Director II of the Credit Surety Fund Service, led the orientation proper. Cooperatives attentively listened and expressed strong interest in joining CSF Agusan del Norte to access its programs and services. Updates were also shared regarding Cabadbaran City as they prepare for a meeting to determine whether to create their own CSF or join the existing CSF ADN. Presentations were also given by Baug CARP MPC on the CSF ADN profile and by Ms. Arlene O. Padilla, Assistant Sales Director of RCBC East Mindanao, who introduced the bank’s cooperative programs and expressed the bank’s intention to support and participate in CSF ADN.

The full-day activity, supported by the Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte and facilitated by CDA CARAGA, also provided morning and afternoon snacks and lunch for all participants. The orientation concluded with a photo opportunity and closing message from Mr. Hallazgo, who extended his gratitude to the cooperatives for their active participation and to the sponsors and partners who contributed to the success of the event. The CSF Agusan del Norte continues to move forward in strengthening cooperative access to credit and promoting financial empowerment in the province through collaboration and unified commitment.
