In line with the ongoing partnership of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in the registration of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBO) into Cooperatives. A One-stop ARBO Caravan was conducted on January 20 to 21, 2026. One of the highlights of the 2-day event is the awarding of the Certificate of Registration from CDA to successfully registered Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Cooperatives.

The event was attended by the Undersecretary of DAR Usec. Josef Angelo S. Martires, CESO II together with the Regional Director of CDA Dr. Monatao Honeya R. Alawi, Regional Director of DAR Atty. Merlita S. Capinpuyan, Assistant Regional Director Joie L. Ceballos and other officials.
