𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀, 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗢) 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗮, in partnership with the 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗖𝗗𝗔-𝗥𝗢𝟮), successfully conducted the 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 with the theme, “𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗽𝘀: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼-𝗼𝗽 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲.”

The activity was held at the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗡𝗧𝗔) 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗢𝘀𝗺𝗲ñ𝗮, 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻, 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗮, bringing together 𝟳𝟴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 representing 𝟮𝟲 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 from across the province.

The seminar was spearheaded by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗶𝗰-𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘. 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗴, whose leadership and commitment to strengthening the cooperative sector made the activity a meaningful and productive learning experience. Through the collaborative efforts of 𝗖𝗗𝗔-𝗥𝗢 𝗜𝗜 and 𝗣𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗢, the seminar served as an avenue for cooperative leaders, officers, and members to enhance their understanding of 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 within their respective organizations.

The event formally commenced with an inspirational message from 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗝𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗠. 𝗚𝗮𝗳𝗳𝘂𝗱-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘇, 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗗𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗜, who emphasized the vital role of 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in preserving 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 within every cooperative. She encouraged participants to embrace dialogue, understanding, and fairness as essential tools in resolving disputes, reminding them that strong cooperatives are built not by the absence of conflict, but by the ability to resolve differences with integrity, respect, and compassion. Her inspiring words motivated the participants to become advocates of 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 and 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 in their respective cooperatives.

The highlight of the seminar was the training proper on 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 at the cooperative level as defined in 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝗜 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗗𝗔 𝗢𝗺𝗻𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘀 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲, delivered by 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗡𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗟. 𝗠𝗮𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲-𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗯𝘂, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗗𝗔-𝗥𝗢 𝗜𝗜. Her expertise provided participants with a deeper appreciation and understanding of the 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 as well as the 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. She emphasized that conflicts are inevitable in any organization, but when managed through proper mediation, conciliation, and sound policies, they become opportunities to strengthen relationships, improve governance, and foster unity among cooperative members.

The seminar broadened the participants’ perspectives on the importance of resolving disputes among themselves, taking into account the cooperative principles of 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆. It reinforced the value of establishing clear mediation and conciliation mechanisms that promote 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 within cooperatives. Participants gained practical knowledge and strategies in policy formulation that will enable them to draft an effective mediation and conciliation procedure that will govern peaceful conflict resolution.

The seminar reaffirmed the commitment of both 𝗖𝗗𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗜 and the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀, 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗮 to empower cooperatives through 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. By equipping cooperative leaders with the necessary skills in mediation and conciliation, the partnership contributes to building 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 capable of overcoming challenges through collaboration and understanding.

Indeed, the success of the seminar reflects the shared vision of fostering 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 where disputes are resolved not through division but through 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. As participants return to their respective organizations, they carry with them valuable knowledge that will help cultivate a culture of 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 within the cooperative movement.
