Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (CDA) — The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region II Extension Office has officially announced the successful renewal of accreditation for the Agrizkaya Cooperative Federation as a Cooperative Training Provider (CTPro) on November 17, 2025.

The accreditation renewal reaffirms the federation’s commitment to delivering high-quality, standardized training programs essential for strengthening the competencies and governance of cooperatives across Region II.
During the awarding ceremony, Dr. Nieto P. Bacena, Chairperson of the Agrizkaya Cooperative Federation, formally received the Certificate of Accreditation and took his Pledge of Commitment. The pledge was administered by Atty. Nita Doreen L. Maestre-Tabbu, Regional Director–Designate of CDA Region II, underscoring the federation’s dedication to excellence and accountability in cooperative education.
The renewal resulted from a rigorous evaluation process designed to ensure full compliance with national standards. This assessment included adherence to reportorial and operational requirements under CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2023-11, demonstrating the federation’s consistent alignment with CDA guidelines.
With the accreditation renewed, the Agrizkaya Cooperative Federation strengthens its role as a key partner of the CDA in advancing cooperative development. It remains committed to equipping cooperative officers, directors, and members with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage their organizations and thrive in a continuously evolving economic environment.
