CDA Region 2 Extension Office successfully conducted a Gender and Development (GAD)-inspired team building activity that emphasized cooperation, inclusivity, and mutual respect among its personnel. The activity served as a meaningful avenue to strengthen camaraderie while promoting the core principles of GAD.

Various fun and engaging games were held to foster teamwork, build trust, and highlight the importance of every individual’s participation, regardless of gender or role. These activities encouraged open communication, equal opportunity, and shared leadership within teams.

Through this initiative, CDA Region 2 not only built stronger team dynamics but also deepened its commitment to creating a more inclusive and empowering workplace for all.
