The CDA Region II Extension Office successfully held its foremost event, the “Building a Better Future Together: Partner Recognition Program,” on October 28, 2025, at The Maximilian Hotel in Cauayan City.

Held as part of the International Year of Cooperatives, the ceremony brought together key institutions and partners. The event was a milestone occasion dedicated to formally recognizing these crucial partners who are vital to the CDA’s mission and the strength of the cooperative movement in Region II.

This recognition program was designed to be much more than a simple ceremony. It was a strategic initiative aimed at solidifying the foundation of the regional cooperative sector. By acknowledging the vital contributions of its partners, the CDA built a stronger culture of appreciation and trust, fostering deeper professional ties that go beyond formal agreements.

The theme, “Building a Better Future Together,” highlighted the critical role that inter-agency collaboration plays. These partnerships are essential in ensuring that cooperatives remain powerful engines for inclusive economic growth and social change in the region.

The Partner Recognition Program was a success. It successfully celebrated the essential partnerships driving the cooperative movement forward, while also inspiring all stakeholders to continue their committed efforts toward a brighter, more cooperative future for Region II.

The CDA Region II Extension Office looks forward to leveraging the strengthened alliances from this pivotal event to achieve new levels of cooperative excellence.
