The CDA Region II Extension Office, through its Cooperative Project Development and Assistance Section (CPDAS), successfully concluded the “Training on Leadership & Strategic Planning” under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP). The event was held on August 27–29, 2025, at JAPI Hotel & Restaurant, Cauayan City, Isabela.

The three-day training gathered dynamic officers from ten (10) registered coconut farmers cooperatives across Region 2, all eager to level up their leadership and strategic management capabilities.

 The program aimed to cultivate visionary leaders, sharpen their strategic decision-making, and instill a strong values-driven mindset—essential in guiding cooperatives toward sustainable growth and long-term success.
