can help you as you comply with the mandate to establish a Financial Consumer Protection Assistance Management System (FCPAMS), as prescribed in Memorandum Circular 2025-08.
Under Section 10 of the said MC, all CDAREs are expected to have established their FCPAMS by the following dates:
On or before June 30, 2026 for Medium and Large Cooperatives; and
On or before December 31, 2026 for Micro and Small Cooperatives
