Tarlac City โ€” The Central Luzon Regional Cooperative Development Council (CLRCDC), convened its 3rd Quarterly Meeting on August 12, 2026, at the Roof Deck of the Tarlac Capitol Center in Brgy. San Roque, Tarlac City.

Hosted by the Tarlac Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO), the strategic gathering brought together provincial and city cooperative development leaders, representatives from National Government Agencies (NGAs), and Regional Clustered Organizations (RCOs) Presidents and cooperative sector stakeholders from across Region III. The meeting aimed to review progress, synchronize provincial initiatives, and address pressing development priorities for the region’s cooperative movement.
