The prestigious award, conferred by the CDA Central Office, recognizes exemplary local government officers and offices that exhibit outstanding leadership, innovation, and dedication in promoting the cooperative movement across the country.

Atty. Amil’s remarkable leadership and unwavering commitment to cooperative development have greatly contributed to the empowerment of cooperatives in Bulacan. Under his stewardship, PCEDO Bulacan has become a key driver in fostering inclusive growth, dynamic governance, and sustainable enterprise development within the province.

Adding to this milestone, PCEDO Bulacan was also honored by CDA Region III on October 23, 2025, during the “𝐊𝐨𝐨𝐩-𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐚 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐬: 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐛𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐲𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐬, 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 “𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭.” The office received recognition for its exemplary initiative—the Free Audit Service Program for Cooperatives (formerly Veinte-Veinte sa 2020), which provides free audit assistance and capacity-building interventions to micro and small cooperatives across Bulacan.

This innovative, values-driven initiative has not only enhanced financial transparency among cooperatives but also strengthened their operational sustainability—solidifying Bulacan’s position as a model province in cooperative development.
