Development of Community-Based Agri-business to Improve the Livelihood and Income of Marginal Farmers in Central Luzon

The CDA Region III Extension Office has officially forged a partnership with the Institute of International Rural Development (IIRD) to manage and implement the project titled “Development of Community-Based Agribusiness to Improve the Livelihood and Income of Marginal Farmers in Central Luzon,” funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).

The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed today, October 2, 2025, at the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office III, RSLD, Brgy. Paraiso, Tarlac City by Dr. Lee Dae Seob, Project Manager of KOICA’s Project Management Consultant and Director Marieta P. Hwang, CDA R3 EO Regional Director.
