Advisory to All Cancelled Cooperatives in CDA MIMAROPA

ATTENTION TO ALL CANCELLED COOPERATIVES IN CDA MIMAROPA!

The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) MIMAROPA Regional Office is pleased to inform all cancelled cooperatives that you are now given an opportunity to regain your compliant status pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 2026-09, Series of 2026, entitled “Interim Guidelines on the Filing of Reconsideration of Cancelled Cooperatives.”

Under the Memorandum Circular, cancelled cooperatives may file a Motion for Reconsideration of their cancellation by submitting:

Two (2) original copies of the Motion for Reconsideration;
✅ The complete documentary requirements prescribed under the Memorandum Circular; and
Proof of service showing that a copy of the Motion has been furnished to the adverse party.
