All for 1 Federation of Multipurpose Cooperative Reaffirms Commitment as CDA-Accredited Training Provider

On February 24, 2026, the All for 1 Federation of Multipurpose Cooperative conducted a meaningful Pledging of Commitment ceremony in line with the renewal of its accreditation as an Accredited Training Provider (ATP) of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA).

The activity was attended by the Members of the Board of Directors of the Federation together with all its accredited trainers, demonstrating their collective support and strong commitment to upholding high standards in the delivery of cooperative education and training. The ceremony highlighted the organization’s continued dedication to providing quality, relevant, and responsive training programs for the cooperative sector.

During the occasion, the Federation was formally awarded its Certificate of Accreditation, symbolizing the CDA’s recognition of its competence, credibility, and compliance with the prescribed standards for Accredited Training Providers.

The ceremony was officiated by Alberto Sabarias, Regional Director, who emphasized in his message the vital role of Accredited Training Providers in strengthening good governance, financial management, and organizational sustainability among cooperatives in the region.

Also present was Richard E. Ilagan, Legal Officer and Acting Supervising Cooperative Development Specialist (CDS), who underscored the importance of adhering to legal and regulatory frameworks to ensure the integrity and credibility of training programs.

Likewise, Eva Loraine R. Cataje, Senior Cooperative Development Specialist and Head of the Cooperative Research, Information and Training Section—the section responsible for overseeing Accredited Training Providers—reaffirmed CDA’s commitment to working closely with federations and training institutions to maintain the quality and relevance of cooperative training initiatives.

The Pledging of Commitment was more than a ceremonial activity; it was a strong declaration of responsibility and dedication by the All for 1 Federation of Multipurpose Cooperative to continuously deliver high-quality training programs in accordance with the mandate and standards of the Cooperative Development Authority. The event marks another milestone in strengthening the partnership between the Federation and the CDA toward a more empowered and sustainable cooperative movement.
