The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) MIMAROPA hereby announces that the Kalayaan Islands Tourism Agents Service Cooperative (KITA) has been officially CANCELLED effective April 6, 2026.

The cancellation of its Certificate of Registration was ordered due to non-compliance with regulatory requirements, including failure to submit mandatory reports, disregard of lawful directives, and issues concerning its registered office address.

With this development, the public is advised to exercise caution and refrain from engaging in any transactions or activities under the name of the said cooperative, as it no longer holds juridical personality.
