Four times the size of its membership were recipients of food packs prepared intentionally to help these persons and their families in coping with the added burden to living due to the restrictions in mobility and their livelihood during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) which began March 17, 2020 as mandated by the Executive Order No. 17, series 2020 that was issued by the Catanduanes Acting Governor Shirley A. Abundo.  The wider Luzon-wide lockdown was mandated by Presidential Proclamation No. 922 and 929 (series 2020) and R.A. No. 11332.
