Diaz of La Consolacion College Faculty and Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative, the Bacolod City Cooperative and Livelihood Development Office (BCCLDO) spearheaded by its Project Development Officer IV Ms. Brenda C. Burdeos and the Cooperative Development Authority represented by Ms. Sandra G.
