Koop Kapatid Program is a program by the Cooperative Development Authority that promotes unity and camaraderie among cooperatives. Formerly known as Small Brother-Big Brother Program wherein the Big Brother coop extends assistance to a Small Brother likened to a family, giving importance on education, nurturing, and other technological advancements.

A series of the ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement were done across the region. Last June 21, 2022, the cooperatives in the Province of Iloilo namely: Guimbal Development Cooperative, Leon Local Government Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Sta. Barbara (FACOMA) Multi-Purpose Cooperative, and Southern Iloilo Area Multi-Purpose Cooperative stood as big brother cooperative to Guimbal Small Corn Producer Cooperative and Camangahan Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Dorog Multi-Purpose Cooperative, and Salngan Livelihood Multi-Purpose Cooperative, respectively.
