The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region VII Extension Office conducted the first schedule of the 2026 TUTORIAL ON MANDATORY REPORTS PREPARATION on February 12โ13, 2026, at the Bridgeview Hotel of TAYEMCO, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
The two-day activity was made possible through the joint efforts of CDA RVII with Taiyo Yuden Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (for the venue) and Fairchild Cebu Community Multipurpose Cooperative (for the food provision), in partnership with the Lapu-Lapu City Cooperative and Livelihood Resource Center (LCLRC) and the Lapu-Lapu City Federation of Cooperatives (LCFC).
The discussions focused on key updates and mandatory reporting requirements, including E-CoopRIS updating, CAIS registration and online submission of reports, guidelines on the issuance of Certificates of Compliance (COC), and reports on ATIR, ABR, CDF, and CETF.
The activity is also devoted to hands-on mandatory report handholding sessions led by the Supervision and Examination Section (SES) personnel and assigned Cooperative Development Specialists, allowing participants to receive direct guidance in completing and submitting reports online. The activity aimed to issue the Certificate of Compliance (COC) to Cooperatives who can submit their complete mandatory reports towards the end of the event.
This also highlights the strong collaboration among the CDA and its partner Cooperatives and LGU in strengthening governance and compliance of cooperatives in Lapu-Lapu City. (SEB)
