ADVISORY
To all Cancelled Cooperatives in Region IX, Pursuant to CDA Memorandum Circular 2026-09 entitled, “Interim Guidelines in the Filing of Motion for Reconsideration (MR) of Cancelled Cooperatives”, cooperatives that have been issued an Order of Cancellation starting December 2024, may file their Motion for Reconsideration by submitting:
• Two (2) original copies of the MR;
• Complete documentary requirements prescribed under Section2 of the Memorandum Circular; and
• Proof of service of the MR upon the adverse party.
