Advisory to All Cancelled Cooperatives in CDA IX

To all Cancelled Cooperatives in Region IX,
This is to inform all concerned that CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2026-10, entitled “Guidelines on Liquidation of Cancelled Cooperatives by Order of the Authority for Violation of Laws, Rules and Regulations”, is now in effect.

Cooperatives issued an Order of Cancellation pursuant to CDA MC No. 2024-09 (or due to violations of laws, rules, and regulations) must follow these liquidation procedures if they maintain remaining assets, third-party liabilities, or balances in statutory funds, donations, and grants.
