February 6, 2026 | CDA-CAR Conducts 1st Online CAIS Orientation for Cooperative in CAR

The Cooperative Development Authority – Cordillera Administrative Region (CDA-CAR), through its Supervision and Examination Section, successfully conducted the 1st Online CAIS (Cooperative Assessment Information System) Orientation for cooperatives in the region.

The activity aimed to guide cooperatives on the proper and accurate accomplishment of all mandatory reports through the CAIS platform, in line with current reporting requirements of the Authority.

During the orientation, participants were provided with a step-by-step walkthrough on how to accomplish and submit all required reports in CAIS, including a detailed discussion on the additional reports required as indicated in the CDA-CAR CY 2025 Submission of Reports Portal. Emphasis was also given on ensuring completeness and accuracy of entries to avoid delays and system errors during submission.

Common issues and concerns encountered by cooperatives in accessing and navigating the CAIS, such as account activation, password retrieval, and data entry challenges, were also discussed. The session served as a venue for clarifications and practical tips to help cooperatives address these concerns effectively.

Moreover, the CDA-CAR reminded cooperatives of the requirement to submit the original hard copies of their Notarized Sworn Statement, Audited Financial Statements, and CAIS Acknowledgement, in accordance with existing rules and guidelines. As for the additional reports due for online submission, such as the Data on the Utilization of CETF & CDF, ATIR & ABR, Data on Branches, Satellites, and Laboratory, cooperatives were guided to check and access the CDA-CAR CY 2025 Submission of Reports Portal and submit applicable reports, as prescribed.

CDA-CAR extends its appreciation to all cooperatives who actively participated in the activity. Cooperatives that were not able to join the orientation are encouraged to standby and watch out for the next scheduled Online CAIS Orientation, which will be announced through the Official CDA-CAR Facebook Page.
