The CDA – NCR Extension Office is pleased to inform all concerned that the CDA has recently issued Memorandum Circular No. 2026-09, entitled “Interim Guidelines on the Filing of Motion for Reconsideration of Cancelled Cooperatives.”
These Guidelines apply only to cancelled cooperatives that were issued an Order of Cancellation starting December 2024. Excluded from coverage are cooperatives whose cancellation has become final and executory prior to the effectiveness of CDA MC 2024-09 and those who are cancelled after undergoing voluntary dissolution.
