January–March 2026

The Cooperative Development Authority – NCR (CDA-NCR) proudly recognizes the newly sworn-in and renewed Cooperative External Auditors who formally took their oath in a series of ceremonies conducted from January to March 2026 at the CDA-NCR Extension Office, Lower Ground Floor, Edsa Grand Residences, 75 Corregidor St. cor. EDSA, Bgy. R. Magsaysay, Bago Bantay, Quezon City. These dedicated professionals reaffirmed their commitment to uphold integrity, transparency, and excellence in cooperative auditing, thereby strengthening governance and accountability within the cooperative sector.

The oath-taking ceremonies commenced on 29 January 2026, presided over by Regional Director Pedro T. Defensor Jr., with face-to-face participants Virgilia E. Baura, Felomino S. Belinario, Rodel R. Bascon, and Christian Paul R. Escaño, followed by an online oath-taking of Toribio S. Cayanan. This was followed on 13 February 2026, with the ceremony presided over by Atty. Roberto Suarez, where Rowena S. Pacris, Lito C. Mendoza, and Hipolito R. Albia took their oath. The final ceremony was held on 02 March 2026 at 2:00 PM, once again presided over by Regional Director Pedro T. Defensor Jr., where a significant number of auditors were sworn in, including Dana Junedee C. Marasigan, Meshiel Ann P. Cantoria, Roberto T. Oleta, Maria Cristina Josefina B. Ocampo, Josefina F. Mendoza, Raul F. Castañeda, Evelyn E. Atienza, Cedric M. Caterio, Carolina P. Angeles, Jose B. Tayawa, Ofelia P. Oroceo, Bernadette C. Rodriguez, and Jimalyn T. Tolledo, along with auditing firms such as Castañeda and Associates, CPAs; Tayawa Tolentino CPAs and Company; Reyes Tacandong & Co.; Oroceo, Dimandal & Co. CPAs; and CM Monje & Company, CPAs (formerly DELA ROCA & MONJE, CPAs).
