The Enhanced Hand-Holding Caravan for Valenzuela Primary Cooperatives was held on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the ALERT Multi-Purpose Center Hall. The initiative aimed to provide comprehensive assistance to various cooperatives across the city through a one-stop shop for essential services and support. It also sought to facilitate and expedite the cooperatives’ acquisition of their Certificates of Compliance (COC), ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements.

The activity was facilitated by the Cooperative Development Authority–National Capital Region (CDA–NCR), headed by Regional Director Pedro T. Defensor, Jr.; the Valenzuela Cooperative Development Office (VCDO), represented by OIC Ms. Josephine P. Osea; and the team from ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative who rendered free bookkeeping services. As a direct result of this caravan, ten cooperatives secured their Certificate of Compliance (COC).
