Enhanced Handholding Caravan 2026 in Quezon City

Success is best achieved when we work together. The Enhanced Handholding Caravan 2026, which concluded on March 31, 2026, at the QCX Events Center in Quezon City, was not just another seminar but it was a day of action.

The event was organized by the CDA-NCR Extension Office in partnership with the Small Business and Cooperatives Development and Promotions Office (SBCDPO), headed by Ms. Mona Celine Marie V. Yap, and the Quezon City Union of Cooperatives (QCUC), led by Chairperson Annabelle S. Espino. They were provided on-site technical assistance (direct assistance in Bookkeeping and Auditing, Real-time evaluation of Cooperative reports and Issuance of COC) to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and cooperative capabilities.

As a direct result, 21 cooperatives from Quezon City with complete submission of reports were granted their Certificate of Compliance (COC) on the spot. Furthermore, a total of 38 cooperatives who attended the said activity were given Technical Assistance (TA) on their reports.

This initiative is part of the ongoing commitment of the CDA-NCR Extension Office to foster organizational growth and bring essential services closer to the heart of our cooperative community. By strengthening our compliance today, we build a more resilient and empowered sector for tomorrow.
