Memorandum of Agreement Signing for Koop Kapatid Program

The Cooperative Development Authority – National Capital Region Extension Office (CDA-NCREO) facilitated the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Koop Kapatid Program on October 3, 2025, at the CDA-NCREO Conference Room.

The partnership formalizes the mentoring relationship between the PLDT Employees Multipurpose Cooperative, designated as the Partner Cooperative, and the Sellers Cooperative and Technika Workers Cooperative, recognized as the Beneficiary Cooperatives.

As part of its commitment under the Koop Kapatid Program, the PLDT Employees Multipurpose Cooperative pledged the following support:

The signing was witnessed by CDA-NCREO Regional Director Pedro T. Defensor, Jr. This collaboration seeks to strengthen the institutional and operational capacities of the beneficiary cooperatives through the exchange of knowledge, provision of technical support, and mutual assistance—upholding the cooperative values of solidarity, empowerment, and shared growth.
