Memorandum of Agreement Signing for Koop Kapatid Program
The Cooperative Development Authority–National Capital Region Extension Office (CDA-NCREO) hosted the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Koop Kapatid Program on October 3, 2025, at the CDA-NCREO Conference Room. The agreement marks the partnership through the Koop Kapatid Program between the AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative as the Partner Cooperative and the Club Intramuros Caddies Multipurpose Cooperative and Brgy. Sta. Cruz Credit Cooperative as the Beneficiary Cooperatives.
In fulfillment of its role under the Koop Kapatid Program, the Partner Cooperative committed to provide the following forms of support:
As to Club Intramuros Caddies Multi-Purpose Cooperative
- Financial Assistance in the amount of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P120,000.00) to be used as an additional working capital of the Beneficiary cooperative for their canteen/consumer store.
As to Brgy. Sta Cruz Credit Cooperative
- 1 Desktop computer;
- 1 Laptop;
- 1 Printer with Scanner;
- 1 Office Table;
- 1 Office mesh chair;
- 1 vertical filing cabinet; and
- 5 monoblock chairs
The event was witnessed by CDA-NCR Regional Director Pedro T. Defensor, Jr. This partnership seeks to strengthen the institutional and operational capacities of the beneficiary cooperatives through the promotion of shared cooperative values, thereby fostering solidarity and sustainable development within the cooperative sector.
