MS. VIVIAN DOMINGUEZ GABRIEL

Vivian Dominguez Gabriel is a dedicated public servant and community development advocate, recognized for her commitment to improving lives through responsive leadership and meaningful service. With years of experience in local governance and community engagement, she has consistently demonstrated integrity, diligence, and passion in advancing programs that promote inclusive growth and sustainable development. 

Her extensive background includes serving as the Board of Trustee for the Metro Manila Association of Cooperative Development Officers (MEMACDO) where she held the position of President for 10 years. Also, she was the Vice-Chairperson and founder of the Union of Primary Cooperatives in Makati (UPCM), a Council Member of the Makati Disaster Reduction Council (DRRMC), a Committee Member of the Makati Anti-Poverty Committee and a Council Member of the Makati Local Advisory Council (LAC) among other key roles. 

Currently, Ms. Gabriel serves as the Head of the Makati Cooperative Development Office. At the national level, she is the National Treasurer and a Board of Trustee of the League of Cooperative Development Officers of the Philippines (LCDOP).    

Throughout her career, Ms. Gabriel has actively supported initiatives that strengthen community participation, empower local organizations, and enhance the delivery of public services. She has been instrumental in coordinating development programs, facilitating planning activities, and promoting collaboration among government offices, stakeholders, and community groups.

Recognized for her professionalism and strong work ethic, Ms. Gabriel continues to contribute to programs that uplift communities and support the goals of local government. Her dedication to public service reflects her belief that effective leadership, transparency, and cooperation are essential in building stronger and more resilient communities.
