 Paranaque City. NAIA Transport Service and Multi-Purpose Cooperative started distributing relief goods sourced from the Cooperative’s fund and Senator Bong Go last April 27, 2020. The said aid is the cooperative’s action towards an alarming number of hunger, and no work for the coop members comprising of drivers from the airport area. Moreover, NAIATSMPC distributed food vouchers amounting to Php. 1,000.00 per driver coming from the Paranaque City Government last April 15 and May 18, 2020 respectively.

NAIATSMPC allowed their employees to monetize 10 days of their leave credits to augment their financial needs. Also, the said cooperative granted its members Php. 2,500.00 each without interest as Emergency Loan.

As the transport sector experiences such dilemma, cooperatives such as NAIATSMPC is finding ways to help its members and the community.
