The Online Compliance Forum and CAIS Refresher convened on February 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM via Zoom with a total of 341 participants. The activity opened with welcome remarks from Ms. Anastacia A. Hora, Supervising Cooperatives Development Specialist, who emphasized the importance of transparency, accountability, and timely compliance among cooperatives.

The forum was facilitated by Mr. Gerard Paul R. Salinas, Acting Senior Cooperatives Development Specialist for the Supervision and Examination Section (SES), who discussed the updated compliance requirements, proper report submission, and best practices to assist cooperatives in meeting regulatory standards. Meanwhile, the CAIS Refresher session, led by Ms. Mylene Maria Elena DL. Diaz, Cooperatives Development Specialist II, guided participants through the effective use of the CAIS platform, accurate data encoding, and common system concerns.
