PASIG CITY KOOP KAPATID PROGRAM ORIENTATION

Anchored on the principle of “Cooperation among Cooperatives,” the Pasig City Cooperative Development Office (CDO) in its commitment to assist cooperatives, recently partnered with the Cooperative Development Authority-National Capital Region Extension Office’s (CDA-NCREO) Cooperative Project Development and Assistance Section (CPDAS) to convene a Koop Kapatid Program Orientation on March 23, 2026. The program aims to link micro and small cooperatives with larger counterparts to provide essential mentorship in management, technical, and financial skills. Conducted via Zoom, the orientation gathered a total of 34 participants. The attendees were welcomed by Mr. Nathan Andre Cadampog, CDS II from Pasig CDO, followed by Ms. May Q. Pacleb, Acting Senior CDS of CPDAS from CDA-NCREO, who discussed the Koop Kapatid Program details. The immediate objective is to forge at least eight Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) from the seven partner-cooperatives and eight beneficiary-cooperatives who attended the orientation.
