In response to the devastating earthquake that struck Mindanao on June 8, 2026, the implementation of Section 6 of CDA Memorandum Circular No. 2021-01 remains SUSPENDED.
This continued suspension allows all registered cooperatives to immediately utilize their Community Development Fund (CDF) and unprogrammed Optional Fund to provide swift disaster relief and vital assistance to affected members and communities.
