ADVISORY
In line with the submission of mandatory reports for the 2026 reporting period covering FY 2025 operations, all cooperatives are hereby directed to observe the scheduled access to the Cooperative Assessment Information System (CAIS) effective May 1, 2026. This is to ensure that all cooperatives are given full and unrestricted access to CAIS prior to the deadline and to eliminate any justification for delayed submission due to limited system access.
To manage system traffic and minimize technical disruptions, the following access schedule shall be observed:
- Monday – Tuesday: Access for CDA Offices/Personnel
- Wednesday – Thursday: Access for Cooperatives
- Friday – Sunday: Access for both CDA Offices and Cooperative.
This Advisory is issued for the information and guidance of all concerned.
