The proposed manual advances the regulatory and developmental responsibilities of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) as mandated by Republic Act 10744 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The manual aims to provide invaluable guidance to cooperative officers and employees to enable them to carry out their duties with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, thereby promoting the stability and sustainability of CSF Cooperatives. To ensure that the manual fully meets the needs of the cooperative sector specifically the CSF Cooperatives, the CDA is currently seeking feedback and suggestions from industry stakeholders.
