Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) will adopt a four-day onsite and one-day work-from-home (WFH) arrangement, effective Monday, March 9, as part of the government’s energy conservation measures in response to rising global oil prices.
Under this arrangement, personnel shall report onsite from Monday to Thursday, while WFH shall be implemented every Friday.
Frontline services shall remain operational on Fridays, with appropriate staffing arrangements to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted delivery of public services.
In line with the directive of the Honorable President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. for government agencies to reduce electricity and fuel consumption by 10% to 20%, the CDA will also implement enhanced energy efficiency practices in office operations, optimize the use of government vehicles, and maximize digital platforms to support efficient and sustainable service delivery.
