NSCC – “ALAB –KARBAWAN PROJECT”

The Nueva Segovia Consortium of Cooperative (NSCC) was fortunate enough to be one of the beneficiaries of the Buffalo Entrustment “ALAB –KARBAWAN” Project in Ilocos Sur under the Department of Agriculture – Philippine Carabao Center (PCC). This was made possible through the initiatives of the Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Senator Cynthia Villar and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representative and 1st District Congressman of Ilocos Sur, Hon. Deogracias Victor “DV” Savellano as Focal Person. It is also worth noting that this happened under the administration of Dr. William D. Dar, Secretary of the Agriculture, Dr. Arnel N. Del Barrio, Executive Director of Philippine Carabao Center, and Ms. Grace Recta, Center Director of Philippine Carabao Center – Mariano Marcos State University in Batac City, Ilocos Norte.  Read More…
