SUBJECT : ADVISORY ON THE EXTENSION OF COMPLIANCE PERIOD ON THE REQUIRED OWNERSHIP OF UNITS BY TRANSPORTATION SERVICE COOPERATIVES ENGAGED IN THE OPERATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY JEEPNEYS (PUJs)

Pursuant to the request of the Office of the Transport Cooperatives and in order for the Transport Cooperatives engaged in the Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJs) service to cope with the implementation of Transportation Modernization Program of the Government, this Authority hereby extend the period to comply with the minimum number of cooperatively owned units for another three (3) years or until February 7, 2021.
Approved by the CDA Board of Administrators on August 15, 2017 per BOA Resolution No. 215, Series of 2017.
