SUBJECT : AMENDMENT TO MC NO. 2018-04 ON THE REGISTRATION OF TRANSPORT COOPERATIVES/TRANSPORTATION SERVICE COOPERATIVES

Pursuant to CDA Board Resolution No. 456, dated September 9, 2019, with the objective of conferring back the temporary recalled jurisdiction of CDA Extension Offices to register transport cooperatives to exercise again said jurisdiction within their respective area, the Authority hereby amends Memorandum Circular No. 2018-04 entitled as, “Registration of Transport Cooperative/ Transportation Service Cooperatives by the CDA Central Office, Registration Division” particularly as provided for in Section 5 thereof.
Section 5 shall be read as follows:
Section 5. After the verification/validation, said Extension Office shall do the final evaluation and issuance of the Certificate of Registration. Should the applicant completely satisfy the requirements needed.
This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days upon receipt by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR).
