On March 9, 2023, CDA 10 conducted a region wide online forum, the first for the year 2023. A totalof two hundred ten (210) cooperators from the different cooperatives from the provinces of Region 10 gathered in this virtual event.

The agencies who participated in the eForum were the Philhealth 10, represented by Marlon Niño S. Arrabaca, Chief of Local Health Insurance Office. While the Social Security System was represented by Jaycel Ann T. Caballero, Junior Analysts- Accounts Management Section and Febes P. Malicse, CEO II- Accounts Management Section. The Pag-Ibig Fund was represented by Swind Sea Gayle S. Sionzon, Marketing Assistant- Pag-ibig Fund, CDO Carmen Branch.

The holding of the Forum was very relevant since it discussed the updates and programs that can be availed of by the cooperative sector. It was an insightful discussion and the speakers were able to provide the answers and solutions to the articulated issues and concerns of the cooperativeparticipants.
