Following the ceremony, the focus shifted to workplace well-being with an orientation on Stress Management and Mental Health Awareness, facilitated by Ms. Angeli Pacatang, a Certified Life & Success Coach and NLP Practitioner. The session emphasized practical techniques for managing stress, understanding its impact on mental health and productivity, and fostering a mentally healthy work environment. The discussions allowed CDA personnel to share experiences and gain valuable insights into maintaining a balanced and productive workplace.
In the afternoon, safety and preparedness took center stage with the Annual Fire Drill, led by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Station 07 – Bulua Fire Station. Personnel received a refresher on fire safety protocols, including the different classifications of fire and proper extinguishing methods. A hands-on fire simulation exercise allowed personnel to apply their knowledge, reinforcing the importance of swift and effective emergency response.
The second day focused on operational updates and strategic planning. A key highlight was the Annual CFIDP Presentation, which reviewed the program’s accomplishments from the previous year and outlined the roadmap for the year ahead.
