CDA Regional Office 10 successfully conducted its first staff conference on January 25-26, 2024, dedicated to setting targets for the calendar year 2024. The activity was held at CDA 10, Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City and attended by all personnel in the region, including both administrative and technical personnel. Each section presented their specific targets aligned with the 2024 Work and Financial Plan which was the basis for the individual targets of the Cooperative Development Specialist (CDS) in every province.  

One of the important aspects considered during the conference was the introduction of the new technical scheme, which categorizes technical personnel or Cooperative Development Specialist (CDS) into two field of specializations: Regulatory and Developmental. The placement of personnel based on their qualifications and strengths in working with cooperatives have been taken into account.

Awaiting the implementation of the new strategy, there is currently a status quo regarding the movement of personnel within the region and the associated targets. Under the leadership of RD Aminoden A. Elias, CDA Regional Office 10 is looking forward to a highly productive and successful year ahead.
