On December 18, 2023, the Cooperative Development Authority Region X Extension Office successfully launched its first virtual client customer service through the Electronic Cooperative Clinique Program (ECoopCLip). The event was participated by cooperatives all over the region, all of whom had pre-registered to avail of this innovative service.
The half-day session was able to address concerns related to registration processes, compliance with mandatory reports, issuance of Certificates of Compliance, and legal advice. This comprehensive approach aimed to provide tailored solutions to the varied needs of the cooperative sector.
The program’s mechanics involved clients joining a virtual platform, where they were redirected to breakout rooms. In these rooms, CDA personnel on standby were ready to connect with clients and promptly respond to their inquiries. This personalized approach ensured that each client received focused attention and guidance on their specific concerns. The virtual nature of ECoopCLiP allowed clients to remain in the comfort of their offices while actively participating in the session, facilitating continued business operations.
ECoopCliP not only represents a leap forward in service delivery but also signifies the CDA’s embrace of technology to enhance efficiency and accessibility. The success of this virtual customer service event establishes a promising future through the integration of technology for the cooperative sector.
