Caveat: The list of cooperatives posted may include dissolved through the initiative of ifs members, or by expiration of term, which are not qualified to avail the CDA MC 2024-09 or the One Time Amnesty Grant.
The scope and coverage referred to in this circular are cooperative dissolved under Article 67 (3) in relation to nonsubmission of mandatory reports, and Article 67 (3) and (4) for Violations of the ByLaws and the Code, and Article 68 for Non Operation, of the R.A. No. 9520 or the Philippine Cooperative Code of 2008.
