Oath Taking of DAR Region 10 Officers as Newly Accredited Cooperative Training Provider

On May 22, 2025, the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Regional Office X, through Regional Director Aminoden A. Elias, formally administered the oath of office to the trainers of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Region 10. The ceremony marked a significant milestone as DAR Region 10 became the 7th accredited Cooperative Training Provider (CTPro) in the region—and notably, the first government agency to receive such accreditation from CDA R10. The event was graced by DAR Region 10’s lead, Mr. Rammy M. Jimena who led their team in the symbolic pledge of commitment to cooperative development.

The atmosphere during the ceremony was both vibrant and inspiring, as officers pledged to uphold their responsibilities in promoting cooperative education and capacity-building. The accreditation of DAR 10 as a CTPro reinforces its role in supporting agrarian reform beneficiaries and farmers’ cooperatives through structured and CDA-compliant training programs. This collaboration between government agencies is a strong example of convergence toward inclusive and sustainable rural development.
