The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) joins the Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) in celebrating the Development Policy Research Month (DPRM) as per Malacaňang Proclamation 247 dated September 2, 2002. For this year, the theme is “Navigating the New Globalization: Local Actions for Global Challenges” or in Filipino, “Paglalayag sa Bagong Globalisasyon: Lokal na Pagkilos sa mga Pandaigdigan Hamon”.
