Founder and Chairman of Ako Bisaya Partylist Vidal Dumindin Villanueva III was appointed as the new Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Administrator for the Visayas by His Excellency President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on 13 August 2019. The former National Youth Parliamentarian is a 4th year Bachelor of Laws student at Gullas School of Law of the University of the Visayas in Cebu City. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree, major in Management, from the San Isidro College School of Business, Malaybalay City.
