Due to simultaneous encoding of CAPR nationwide, the CAPR system is experiencing technical difficulty, hence the cooperatives are given until May 31, 2016 to encode and submit the online/printed CAPR.
However, there is no extension on the submission of hard copies of the required reports including CAPR (in downloadable forms/excel forms). Last day of Submission – April 29, 2016.
Failure to submit the online/internet CAPR will be a ground for non-issuance of Certificate of Compliance.
